Shipping Policy
Our goal is to ship your complete order as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow 1 to 5 business days to receive goods from the factory to our warehouse. We need 24 to 48 hours to process your order before it is delivered to the shipping units. Please be mindful of peak shopping seasons and sale events that could also impact processing times. We will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the entire fulfillment process.

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 5-7 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (5-15 days for domestic and 10-20 days for international).

We also cannot ship to military areas.
STANDARD INSURED SHIPPING
We charge a $5.99 shipping fee for an order. If you need to receive your purchase by a specific date for a special occasion or an event, please contact us to ensure you choose the correct shipping method and to check for products that are immediately available.
We ship via Yanwen, UPS, and USPS (FedEx for International deliveries).
The price of the product and the shipping fee is inclusive of tax.
We cannot ship to multiple addresses.
THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?
We provide tracking numbers for every order that we send out. While we will do our best to help, we are not responsible for carrier/delivery issues. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered and you cannot locate your package in your mailbox, please contact your local post office or carrier center with your tracking number for all inquiries on missing deliveries. We assure you, your order is in the package when we send it.
